This can happen if the sex was too rough, and/or you weren't lubricated enough down there. Make sure, if you're not producing enough natural lubrication then use some and that should help stop it from happening.
your irritated down there if your not producing enough liquid that could be the answer, or your bodies telling you something is wrong
