HIV risk, protected sex in thailand

Hey there

I'll describe my experience as best I can.  I took a trip to Thailand with some friends, once and only once I got really drunk and took a sex worker back to my hotel.  The sex was as follows, she performed oral sex on me (unprotected) then we had vaginal sex for about 20min before I (stupidly) went down on her. Before finishing myself off.  She did oral on me again unportected after I had wiped away my semen.  The memories are a bit hazy, but I remember her being very stern about me using protection as I only had one condom left, so I'm near certain my penis did not make contact with her vagina in between sexual intercourse but not 100% sure.  My question is basically, what is my HIV risk?  I attended a clinic upon arriving home in Australia and the doc said I need not worry but he'd test my urine for chlamydia.

Thanks in advance for your help.

from what i have read theoretically there is a chance of HIV transmission through oral sex.

In my opinion go talk to your doctor and get checked out.
