Hold sperm inside

I want to know that, At the time of Night Fall it is harmful to hold sperm inside by squeezing P.C muscles.Because i have a habit to squeeze my P.C muscles when i about to ejaculate in dreams and hold sperm inside, So please tell me is this habit effects me negatively or due to this is there any chance of infection into my penis or balder.
Please tell me.

That can't be it because I don't masturbate at all... You may be experiencing a side effect because your penis is used to masturbation and if you take a couple days off, your penis will give you signs that its in need for masturbation again...

This is similar to someone that smokes crack. After a couple days and no crack, your body doesn't feel right until you take that next hit.

If you want to get pass the side effects, stay away from the addiction for a good while and it will work its way out of your system.

I use to masturbate so I know what you're going thru...

No i am not experiencing any type of discomfort. But some times i have burning sensation in my penis and i do not do masturbation much, May be that,s why.?

That may cause a discomfort in the testicles. Have you been experiencing this?
