How can I resolve Hematospermia

Hello,
I am 15 years old an wish to remain anonymous.
Ever since I started puberty i have always had blood in my semen. I now know this is refered to as persistent hematospermia. I really dont want to tell my family.
I have had no trauma and experience a very dull pain after ejaculation. From my research, it will go away naturally, but there hasnt been much progress. Should i hault masterbation completely? Do i have to tell someone? What should i do?

I'd say, tell your doctor.  You aren't obligated to tell your parents, just tell them you want to see a doctor.  If they press you, tell them you might have a kidney infection or a UTI, but when you get to the doctor ask them to leave so you may confer in private.
