Tiny Sesame -seed-like Things under my penus

I am 15 years old and I found that there are black sesame seed like things under my penus. I had them before and I got them out by rubbing it. When the seed was out, I discovered that the top half of it was black (the part exposed when on my penus) and the bottom half was white. And I had several of these.
Right now, (I'm circumsized) and on the bottom right of the head, I found two black dots beside each other (as if when taken out, could fit a piercing) and I can't get them out. I don't feel any pain while masturbating or at any other time other than trying to remove them. Should I be worried and see the doctor?

Yes, I've had them embedded in the shaft which I removed earlier, but this one's (or these ones- not sure if its in one piece or broken into two) lined along the head of the penus but still on the shaft (on the connection of the head and shaft).

And no, I've never (in my entire life), been to camping.

My english has gone worse (I've returned from Canada to Taiwan) and haven't been using English for about a year. (I studied in CAN for about 7 years)... don't mind my kind-of-bad English.

I'm not being funny, but have you been camping in the woods lately?

I got a chigger on my penis once (when I was younger and camping with the boy-scouts), and it sounds a lot like what you're describing.

But what Sammy73 asked... are they embedded in the skin?

Do you mean embedded in the skin of the shaft?  I've had things like that before - I think they are just blackheads, but because the skin of the penis is a bit different to the rest of your skin they are a bit different, the head is a bit bigger.  Mine didn't hurt (except when trying to squeeze them out).  Never had them on the head though.
