Is it herpes?

I've had oral herpes ever since I was little that my mother accidentally gave to me back when they really didn't know what it was. Now I have a few  tiny red bumps on the skin where the pelvic bone is. I've had some before, but I hadn't really thought much of it seeing as I shave sometimes and I thought they were bumps from irritation or ingrown hairs, but now, I haven't shaved in about a month. And I noticed them last night. They don't hurt or itch, but a couple of them are near each other. Could I possibly have spread my oral herpes down there?

It is possible to get oral herpes in the genital area and genital herpes in the mouth. HOWEVER I think this can only occur through oral sex. My mother has had oral herpes for about 20-30 years and has never had an outbreak elsewhere. But I'm unsure if she's just lucky or that's the rule.

My sister has genital herpes she told me that they hurt like nothing else, especially if any water gets on them. She has only had these for 8 years or so but has never had an outbreak on her mouth.

It sounds more like it's an ingrown hair. It's possible to get these even when you haven't shaved in a while. It's also possible that it is a pimple, a boil, etc. No need to jump straight to herpes.

If you are concerned about STDs talk to your doctor about getting tested.

Yes I know that, but I was just wondering if it sounds like it and if it would even be possible for my oral herpes to spread down there

nobody on this site can tell if you have oral herpes in fact. this needs to be profesionally examined by a physician.
