HIV through precum

I would be grateful if anyone could clear my doubt...

I am a male. Last day I had sex with a male with unknown HIV status. We didn't involve in anal sex. I just sucked him for some time (say 20-30 seconds), while he had pre-*** on his penis. But, he didn't ejaculate in my mouth.

The thing is.... I had a small oral ulcer in my mouth while sucking him.

My doubt is,
1. Whether HIV infection is possible through this incident ?
2. Whether any possibility is there for HIV infection through just pre-*** in my mouth, while i have a small oral ulcer in my mouth. ?

Awaiting reply...

It can be contracted through semen. So there is a chance.

the possibility it there minutely. semen still comes from a mucous membrane. but i though that HIV was purely blood born . i would suggest you do some research to see if its a 100% blood born pathogen or is contact with a mucosal membrane to a open wound enough to transfer the disease. or simplest way...go get tested.
