Is this too much Masturbation?

Im 45 and I think I have a problem with too much masturbation. I have a great sex life with husband  so that is not the problem , but I feel the need to masturbate at least 5 times a day when I am totally alone sometimes more then that. I cant go just to sleep without doing it and also when I wake up I have to do it. I am finding  my hands constantly going to my lap any time I can. One time I was alone all day and it was a all day thing for me. Anytime I can I masturbate I do it, in my car  , home ,the gym ( in a changing area when I go )  I have done it in front of my husband and he doesnt seem to have a issue with it but I dont think he knows how much I am doing it. I really like it and how I feel so please dont tell me to stop completely I dont want that . Is it normal to do it this much ? Do other woman my age do it this much ?

I think this post is repeated again. I might have replied the same. If you do female deer exercise, it may give you more pleasure and you will be satisfied with one time exercise or masturbation. You can also visit a urologist who can advice you on your condition.

Maybe you need the extra help with another woman. Your already showing interest of touching yourself. Explore your wants and needs with another female. Your probably crying out for a lesbian to touch you.
