Lost of Emotions UTI and Erection problems
I am 23 years old. From last 4 years not even a single month has passed in which i had not taken medicines. In summer 2009 i suffered from typhoid twice in 4 months the second attack of typhoid proved to be very expensive for me and probably i will remember it for my rest of life because it became the cause of my left varicocele surgery. When for the second time i had typhoid my urine system completely collapsed, i still remember i would had no urine even for two days, i had severe uti at that time i took some medications, the urine flow begins but the uti was there and it transfered to my left testicle and it caused left epidymitis. I had this condition for almost one year and my epidymitis get worsed finally resulted in varicocele. I had my left varicocele surgery in 2010. I thought that after surgery my life will become normal and after that i will no longer feel any major problem in my urine and reproductive system and digestive system but it never happened.......
Any one please help me because i don't know what to do....this medical condition has completely destroyed my academic,social life..now i am an engineer and i am worried about my future as i did very hard work to become an engineer spent extra time to study avoiding social activities from my high school till university and i have many expectations from myself and also my family members also. after my surgery i had small swelling and pain in my right testicle but that fades away....i am continuously suffering from constipation and diarrhea....in 2012 one i was reading book when suddenly i felt intense pressure and pain at the back of my head.....i faced the same problem for some time after that but with little inensity...after that my weight increases 6kg...i lost my feelings and sensation...i mean i remember that the problem of not getting feeling of my full and empty bladder begins after that...currently my urine speed is very low...having no frequent urination...i do not get erections with my thoughts...i have weak erections especially in sitting position...sperm count is low....the penis doesn't relax after ejaculation...some sperm remains in penis and prostate....i am feeling in my body..i have lost mental alertness...i cant reminds things quickly,,,

Hi and welcome. Vericocele is most of the time considered a valve problem and not associated with UTI,s. Hows your weight?
Also if you maintaining an erection after ejaculation, pressure from another cause (like your bladder) is keeping the blood from leaving your penis.
