My 13 yr old son feels ashame
My son confessed to me that he had oral sex with a his friend(a 13 yr old boy as well) He said he feels ashamed and disgusted and he's scare. I told him I love him and Im glad he came to me and told me. But now Im very concern...Im thinking of taking him to therapy so he can deal with this...him and I....but any other advice that anyone can give me???
I agree with jones, and would like to add that some young kids will simply 'experiment', which turns into a learning experience. Maybe your son is confused about his sexuality right now (and that would be okay since some kids just aren't sure if they like boys or girls when they are young). Counseling is a very good idea. In the meantime, assure him that you love him no matter what he does or feels.
