NSU have I given it to my gf

History has clymydia at 21 has all symptoms after 7 days.
Im now 28 and have gf. 4 weeks ago I had a one night stand with no protection 2 weeks later I had no symptoms and had non protective sex with my gf. One week later again I started having discharge but no other symptom.
I have been to the GUM clinic and they say I have NSU and I took 4 tablets of azithromycin and told not to have sex for six weeks.
I explained to the doctor about my girl friend not knowing and they said she would also need to get checked.
I know my gf sex history and I have been with her over 5 years. I also know she would never cheat on me plus has not had the opportunity to.
I feel I caught it off that one nightstand i am certain. I feel I cant tell my gf and hoping as the symptoms hadn't started that I haven't given it to her.
Im now avoiding having sex with my gf and waiting for the tablets to clear me. I read on the net that you could have sex after a week of taking the tablets is this true? As I can't avoid sex with my gf for six weeks and the truth would end our relationship and I realise I want to be with her forever.
My questions are if it is true that I caught it from the one night stand, what are the chances I gave it to my gf 2 weeks later? 1 week before I started having the symptoms?
Secondly if there is a chance I didn't give it to her, how long until I can have sex with her after taking these tablets. I can't use a condom as she will know there is something wrong. Do I wait for the dicharge in the morning to stop?
I know its not chlymydia as I didnthave the symptoms ive had before.

The probability of you passing it on to your girlfriend is VERY high..... You need to be honest with her and tell her so she can go and get the treatment she needs.... Symptoms Take longer to develop and show in women..... so her not having any symptoms (yet) does not mean anything! You should wait until the treatment is complete and wait the full 6 weeks to keep from transfering the infection back and forth between you and your GF

you NEED to tell her. even though she doesn't have the symptoms she can still have it. and any std can wreak havoc on a woman's reproductive system. tell her asap. you cheated you  have to deal with the consequences. and giving your gf is a horrible thing to do and not telling her is even worse!!!
