No problem, think you'll be fine for now, just be wary if you start feeling off. Make sure he sees his dr though- especially if it happens again. I know a lot of guys sometimes need a push to get there.
Thank you, I really appriciate your responses! I can sleep a little easier now as that is reasurring. I know he is healthy, so that is good. Unfortnately I do not know his bloodtype.
I agree because we were panicking about the amount of blood at the time, it was a very very strange situation for us, and we just assumed that it was alot because of the blood flow to the penis. It began to stop after an hour, however he started to bleed only slightly when he got up and started walking, otherwise I would have taken him to the hospital, but at the time I think we were both unsure and embaressed. Okay I understand, thanks for the advice, I will be wary if any symptons occur, I just wanted advice asap incase blood was harmful and it would give me time to catch it early.
Thank you very much for your help and time.

If your boyfriend is bleeding that significantly he needs to see a dr. That's a little odd and definitely warrants a visit to the dr. So he at least needs to see a dr asap.
Your body does react to other people's tissues. Every tissue in your body (except and egg, sperm and I think a neuron) have signals. These signals tell the body -they're ok and what they're for. This is why when someone gets a new organ their body can "reject" it and why when someone donates blood that blood type needs to be carefully marked.
Honestly I don't know if that amount is enough to make you sick, but a body can definitely react to a different blood type very fast and very badly. (Do you happen to know you and your partner's blood type?) If you start feeling sick-feverish, fainting, extreme pains or unwell you need to get up the the ER asap.
If he doesn't have a blood-borne illness, you're fine. Nothing about the blood being male matters. It would matter if he had AIDS, for example, because that is carried in the blood and (I think) saliva. But if he's a normal, healthy guy, blood is just a clean fluid.
