What does a bump and discharge mean?

Hello all. I have recently began noticing I have milky white thin discharge that does not have a strong or odd odor. I also have a tiny bump like figure on my lower vulva that is whiteish. It does not hurt when I urinate or wipe and it also does not hurt to the touch. I noticed the bump after I shaved but the location of it tells me it is not an ingrown hair. Has anyone had this problem before if so what was it?
