Painless pimples on crotch

Painless and white pimples started appearing on my crotch. They are slowly increasing in number towards my belly. I cant see them on my scrotum and penis though. I am really worried about it. Could that be fungal or bacterial infection? If yes, can I use antifungal and anti bacterial to help them? Please help.

It is also on my pubic hair region but it doesn't look like infected hair follicles. It doesnt pain either. It is also increasing in size and numbers very slowly.
