Penis Problem

It has been 4 months since my last sexual encounter and I have been dealing with penile problems ever since it happened. I started by getting some irritation at on the penis and what seems like inside the tip of the urethra. This irritation is still going on now, sometimes I don't notice it but sometimes its quite noticeable. With this i have also developed some veins to bulge out more where the shaft meets the penis, and they are bluish in color. I'm not sure what this means but I have been tested for every STD about 3 or 4 times, after the 3 month mark as well, so I do not have an STD, but it is still affected me whatever it is. I have taken a cycles of antibiotics, ciprofloxacin and doxycycline, which have done nothing. So I was wondering if anyone had any insight on my situation?

I have had multiple doctors examine me, they all think nothing is wrong with me but it is an irritation that is affecting my life for 4 months now.

Has a doctor looked at your penis at all? and have you had any other problems apart from irritation?   It may just be that you have a tight uretha and probably has nothing to do with your sexual encounter.  More then likely the lump on your penis was there before its just we seem to find more thing when were looking for it

I also have noticed a hard lump on my penis when it is erect, it is underneath the skin on the shaft.
