Physical ache when needing sex

Are there other women out there that experience a physical ache when they don't have sex (orgasm) regularly?  If I go more than 48 hours without release with my boyfriend or masturbation, I feel achy and sore inside.  This clears right up once I "handle the situation".  Just wondering if I'm alone in this.

Nope - you are not alone. I (and others) can definitely relate.
High(er) libido + no relief = cramps / abdominal pain / backaches / heavy bloated feeling / throbbing / vaginal pain / etc ... there are a whole list of ways you can feel "not satisfied"

*sigh* Wish I didn't know what you were talking about ;)

To answer your question... No, you're not alone. I can't relate entirely, because I don't feel it if I go without sex for a period of time, but when it's the heat of the moment, I definitely get an achy feeling down there. That feeling is gone as soon as my husband penetrates. I wouldn't worry about it at all, you may have a higher sex drive than some women, and I'm sure your man doesn't mind one bit! :)
I'm sure there are plenty of women who experience what you're experiencing...
