I was told it is pile but all the treatment applied does not improve it, i have visited a medical Doctor who advise me to always have enough foreplay before having sex but all to no availed. I have been introduced to many native medicines which i don't want to use because of the side effect.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For premature ejaculation, try distracting yourself when you feel you are about to ejaculate. Take a deep breath and stay relaxed during intercourse. Also do not worry about performance and talk to your partner openly about any apprehensions if you have. Other treatment methods which can be followed are stop-start or squeeze-pause technique.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
