Prediabetes and balantis
Hello I was wondering if prediabetes can cause balantis?
Lots of things can cause balanitis - lack of cleaning, irritation from harsh soaps, using a different kind of soap, skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema, etc.
Diabetes can contribute to balanitis, but pre-diabetes shouldn't, unless your blood sugar is regularly really high.
You need to make sure you are taking care of yourself. Eat well, use a gentle soap or non-soap cleanser, exercise, avoid alcohol, etc. I'm sure you know the drill.

Yes will. One last question since google says balantis could be caused by STI. I got tested two days ago which would make it 6 weeks past sexual encounter (received oral) just want to verify if that is enough time to test for STI?
Yes, it could be from an STI, but that's just one cause of many.
You had oral sex - received it - and that's very low risk, which you've been told many times over by me and others. Six weeks is conclusive. You can move on.
