The ER is the emergency room.  Since she's now missed 3 periods, I worry that she could be pregnant, and severe abdominal pain could by a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy rupturing, which is life-threatening.  Severe abdominal pain of unknown cause is reason enough for emergency care, though, since it could be something like an inflamed appendix, which is also major.

I am not a doctor, but I think she needs to get seen ASAP.  Hopefully, it's nothing, but it's enough to worry me, even though I can't see her.

i told her to do ur checkup but she is not going to her dr. Yes she had severe pain nd she did not taken any pregancy test. What is ER? I need to know what is the problem with her. Is this minor or major?

Has she taken a pregnancy test?  If the pain is more than bad cramping (i.e. severe), she needs to go to the ER.
