masterbating

i can't able to control on masterbate, today  i am so weak and does not focus on my study.........
   sir please help because now i am doing someing wrong

When excited, do deep and slow abdominal breathing.
Circulate sexual urge around microcosmic orbit.(Google)
curtail masturbation
If you masturbate,do it lubricated hand, do not stop breathing,do it slowly.
worrying about masturbation is more harmful than the act itself.
Keep your perineum relaxed. Use a supine position(mouth facing up)
Mediation and yoga will help you to control your mind.

          can you tell some meditation or exercise that i do and then  i can control on myself .............
            sorry mam i can't discuss thing with my family and friend ,
            i am good student of my class and also topper,
             but now i want to stop it totally ,    i have no only weakness
   but today so worry about my future and my character.
  only one thing i want suggestion and motivation , please help me mam

Hello,
There is no fixed rule that you should masturbate only up to some times per day or week.
It depends upon individual capacity. As the age advances sexual urge decreases and frequency of masturbation or having sex decreases. At a younger age people usually have more sex drive and their frequency of masturbation  is  maximum. You can indulge in this activity as long as it is pleasurable and you have the drive for it. It shouldn’t cause any pain or discomfort. Semen quantity usually will be low if you do repeatedly  without an interval and without any sex drive . This might result in the trauma to the tissue due to friction and blood in the semen.

For the fatigue, you may be having iron deficiency anemia. You can have iron supplements or iron rich foods like liver, lean red meats, beans like kidney, lima, navy, black, pinto, soy beans, and lentils, iron fortified whole grains, green vegetables like spinach, tofu, broccoli, swiss chard, asparagus, parsley, chicken, nuts, egg yolk and dry fruits.
