It is normal for anything that goes up to come down again when you stand up.

It only takes 1 sperm to successfully get to the egg and penetrate it to fertilise it to begin a new life.  So if the ejaculate is very healthy and strong, there would not be a problem.

The other thing you need to remember is to work out when you are most fertile.  To help you work out your most fertile days, you first need to keep a record of your menstrual cycle.  The most fertile time is around 14 days after the start of your period, this is when an egg is released from the ovary.

If you can work out your most fertile time and have penetrative sex, this is the time that you highly likely to conceive.

If you still continue to have a problem conceiving after a few months, it may be a good idea for your husband to have his semen checked.  Sometimes men can have a very low sperm count and this can affect fertility.  Other reasons may be problems with the womb or having polycystic ovary syndrome.

Work out your fertile times, arrange to have a romantic and relaxing time with a some wine and enjoy the evening.  It is very common for people to get pregnant when they are relaxed.

Let me know how you get on.
Best wishes.

This may sound strange but after you have intercourse with your husband lay on your back with a pillow under your bottom for about a half hour. Make sure your bottom is elevated.
It's normal to discharge semen. You can still get pregnant this way because there are millions of sperm and of course not all of it will be discharged.
