From what I seen on my bf, I would assume this is just a blackhead, in that case you can gently try and squeeze it out. On the other hand it could be a new mole, which might need to be checked by a doctor, but It sounds more like a more to me.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be a cyst or a blocked hair follicle. Other possibility is of genital warts if you are sexually active. Get it evaluated from a doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Have you attempted to 'treat it like a pimple', squeezing it, or gently using a sterile needle (heat the needlepoint with a lighter and allow to cool for sterilization) to see if there is anything inside of the 'hole'?  I would try that first.  Then I would have to resign myself to go to the doctor.  You don't want that to spread or cause further irritation.
