Testicle Concerns

Hi there

I had anal sex with a female about 5 months ago now. We have both only ever had 1 sexual partner and to make sure we have both had std tests that have come back clear. About a week after having anal sex I started experiencing some strange feeling in my penis. Stupidly I ignored it as it wasn't causing me too much discomfort etc. As previously stated 5 months has now passed, we have not had anal sex since and I am still getting these feelings and my testicles are also now in some discomfort. I have had a feel around and it feels very much like my tubes are swollen. Is it possible that I may have an E coli infection as a result of having anal sex that may have lead to epididymitis?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
