Touching during Masturbation Worry

I am typically very careful about who I let touch me where. I have not had unprotected sex nor done anything particulary risky. However yesterday I went to a bathhouse (dumb idea I know). I met up, very briefly, with a guy in the steam room and we were stroking our penises. He touched my penis and also touched my chest. I had recently gone running and had some chafing on my nipples from my shirt rubbing. There was no blood present, but they were slightly irritated. It freaked me out and I promptly left. Did this touching, both of my genitals and my nipples put me at a great deal of risk? I am slightly anxious and worried about this. Particularly about contracting, HIV, syphilis, HPV, etc.

Thank you for the reply. Will work on the anxiety. I have OCD in regards to health. It's a burden I'm working on, but your reply helped. Thanx!
