UNKNOWN...

I have had the same issue for about 2 months now... Small, irritating spots on my labia, and a yeast like vaginal itch. I am almost 40, and know how to care for my "stuff" regarding baths, undies, feminine products, diet, etc, as they all affect how we feel down there.I have been tested for EVERYTHING, and nothing! All negative. We are doing a biopsy this week for better results, just in case.
I was, however, on antibiotics for dental surgery, and all symptoms went away! Used them for a week, and bumps came back about 4 days after antibiotics were gone. WHY??? I mentioned it to my gyno, but not sure if he was really listening... What could cause this irritation?

they could be two separate conditions, the spots could be hardyce spots, if you look them up you can see if you have the same symptoms. they can be treated, but one cream i read about said it works until you stop using it, but you can have laser treatment however it doesnt really seem worth the scarring because if it is hardyce spots, theyre pretty harmless. if youre worried about other people seeing them though theyre worth getting treatment for. they are very common though and nothing to be too concerned about. the itch is most likely to be thrush, especially due to the smell, however you said youve been tested for everything so perhaps youve already crossed out that possibility.
