Need help

Hi guys quick question. Yesterday after doing some exercise I noticed that I have a red pimple like spot on my penis shaft, about in the middle. Yesterday was the 10th day since I engaged in sexual activity with a new girl, however I didn't have sexual intercourse with her because she was on her period. We made out, I fingered her vagina and her ***, and ended up getting a lot of blood on my hands however I washed it right away. She then proceeded to give me a ******* for quite sometime, going down as far as she could. That's about it, I never ejaculated as well. Anyway I have felt nothing and noticed nothing until yesterday I noticed a red pimple like spot that's smooth and very small on my penis shaft and I have never had anything like this before. Just a little worried that it could be some kind of std, if I could attach a photo I would but don't know how, anyway please someone get back to me and let me know what you think it could be.
Thank you

I agree with the above poster.
I'm sorry about this but we don't allow any pictures of genitals on this site. I know you posted this for medical purposes but we have to take it down. Again, sorry about that.

Hello,
it looks like something simple, a one day issue. Abstain for one or two days from any sexual practice and if it persist I would suggest a visit to a dermatologist. Take care
