She can't be vomiting from a pregnancy from a sexual event only two days earlier, whether it is four times or one time or whatever.  She could be pregnant from the time a month earlier.   If she had a normal menstrual period after you had sex last month, she probably didn't get pregnant then.  Your best bet is to go to the pharmacy and buy a home pregnancy test and have her use it according to the instructions.  While there, get some condoms and use them in the future, so you don't risk her getting pregnant.

The nausea two days after the unprotected sex was not caused by the unprotected sex, if that is what you are asking.  Or when you say "could u please tell me exactly what that would have caused," did you mean, would it have caused her to lose a pregnancy if she was pregnant?  On the chance you meant the first thing, the reason vomiting two days after sex does not mean pregnancy is that it takes five days for an embryo to develop enough to implant in the uterus, and before that it is just floating around.  It is not connected to the woman, so would not be able to make her sick.  Although some women will be able to tell right away after the embryo implants (after 5 or 6 days) by how they feel, most pregnant women don't get any signs until at the very least a couple or three weeks after the unprotected sex.
