Those myths have some truth to them as stereotypes have some ground also.
The 'blind myth' is derived from the real symptom of your eyesite going BLURRY after masturbation, maybe the morning after.
To thread poster - if masturbate TOO much, your hormones will decrease, especially growth hormone and testosterone - this is the reason for your weak feeling of low bone density.
I advise you to cut down drastically on masturbartion.
For foods, eat plenty of boiled carrots for vitamin A etc.
Also, drink plenty of milk (or soya milk if you are lactose intolerant) for calcium - or other calcium enriched foods. Plenty of vegetables are advised too for long lasting energy and strength.
For supplements - and I advise you to be responsible - take zinc, magnesium and vitamin b6 supplements (or a complete formula known as ZMA) and caredfully take L-arginine and L-ornithine supplements. All of these supplements are simply vitamins, minerals and amino acids respectively. They will increase hormones and replenish all that was lost due to over masturbation.
from what i know, butterfly is right. the blind thing is a myth.
...masturbation does not affect your bones... it won't make you go blind, lol! ... and, it won't make you sterile or impotent. So, don't worry about masturbation... it won't compromise your health. If you want to strengthen your bones through diet, make sure that you eat enough calcium enriched foods.
I'd suggest eating a better diet - I've never heard of masturbation causing this effect - it sounds much more systemic than that - you really should see a doctor!
