Mild penile fracture concern! Help a guy out.

Hello I'm a mid twenties male. During intercourse last night I had a misfire incident. There was no cracking, some immediate pain but nothing to stop the intercourse from completion. However, since there has been some dull pain with a mild bruise like ring midway down the shaft. There has always been a slight discoloration ring at that point where the penis slightly bends upward but it is now a little darker and slightly swollen at that point. Nothing eye-popping. I have started icing it which helps the pain and am obviously going to abstain from anymore activity for a solid week or so. Erection/urination is fine with maybe a little more pain following. Will this bruise like trauma heal on it's own or should I seek immediate medical attention? Should I be doing anything other than rest and ice? I am out of town at the moment, could it wait two or so days? I have read about scaring and further curvature and obviously I am overly concerned because of the importance of the area!
