I am 17 yrs old girl and I am addict to masturbation like fingering myself I do it everyday except my period days....nd if I avoid it then it cant be possible cuz I just cant avoid it m addicted to it....do mastubation have any side effects or it wont give me pleasure when I will have sex please suggest me what to do nd how to avoid or get rid out of it
It is perfectly normal. There are no side effects and you can still have fun with sex, it will not ruin your life. Don't believe all these people who tell you it's taboo, masturbation is perfectly normal as long as you do it in private and not public. So have fun, and relax
