erectile issues.

Hey guys. I'm a 28 year old male and after 13 years of being sexually active I'd been undergoing self imposed celibacy for the last 4 odd years. I go not masturbating for 2-3 months at times as well.  Back when i was active I would last 40 minutes on average and I could get a second go within 10 minutes or so. The other night I had an incident with my girlfriend, who I'm both emotionally and physically very attrated to. She gave me oral and I discharged in less than 5 minutes and even after a 10 minute rest I was simply unable to get a second erection. Considering it had been months since I'd had ejaculated I guess it makes sense to some extent as to why it happened so quick, but the latter dilemma is beyond me. Keeping in mind I regularly lift and am in very decent shape wouldn't my testosterone levels be substantial especially with the abstinence period having gone on so long? Any insight would be highly appreciated. This is the only reason I signed up on this forum.

Thank you for your insight dalubaba. I'll definitely look into the exercises you mentioned.

Normally you take half an hour to recover from the first ejaculation. This is a normal situation. Some time you may be able to recover faster, but that should be considered as an extra bonus. otherwise half on hour is the norrmal.. Many a time libido is surprizingly low. this can be also normal.
If this continues for a longer time, you may do some exercice like male deer exercise, kegel exercise or some exercise from taoist yoga. Google this words to get details and you may practice if you think it resonates with you, otherwise discard it.
