My boyfriend and I tried to have sex today but my vagina was too tight and I couldn't loosen it. I am a virgin so this is my first time and when he started to penetrate it hurt really bad and my muscles locked up. And my hands also went numb and I can't seem to figure out why. How can I relax more and why do my hands go numb??

I agree with Annie. Use lubricated condoms. If that's not enough you can buy a water based lubricant at the drug store. It's safe to use with condoms.

Don't know why your hands went numb. But if you are not stimulated, your vagina will not relax. If you are nervous, it is not going to feel good. Were your condoms lubricated? That will help.
