Another technique is kegling. both of you kegel each other. Kegel is contracting perineum muscle(squeexing and relaxing). when kegels, his genital moves vertical giving different sensations. when she contracts, vaginal muscles comperes male genital. This can be done alternatively. this enhances the coital period as well.

Coital Alignment Technique - Discover The Great Position For Both You (Last Longer) And Her

By Chris Bailey
Expert Author Chris Bailey

The coital alignment technique is one of those unique sexual positions that is great for everyone concerned. Many have heard of it but few have actually tried it for themselves. Below, I will tell you how it works.

The Aim

The main aim of this position is to bring the woman more easily to orgasm. This is because a woman's clitoris does not reliably get stimulated during regular penetrative sex in standard positions such as missionary.

The coital alignment technique addresses this with direct stimulation from above. However, there is an extra benefit in that most men find that they can last much longer this way because there is much less thrusting and more rubbing instead. Hence why some people call this position "grinding the corn".

Coital Alignment Technique - How To Do It

The technique involves rubbing the top of the base of the penis against the clitoris. There is no deep to shallow penetration i.e. full thrusting.

To do this, the man assume the regular missionary position but moves further up the woman so that the in-stroke will actually go downwards. This is sometimes called "modified missionary."

The woman can wrap her legs around the man's to get a good hold.

It is more of a rocking motion when you see it in action. The man applies pressure on the downstroke and the woman controls the upstroke. I say "stroke", but there is barely any movement at all. It is more of a rubbing action where he pushes down and she pushes up.

Variations

The above is the basic technique. But within that there are many variations. For example, the man should try grinding clockwise or counter-clockwise to give a variety of different sensations to his partner. Think of the corn being grinded and you should be able to come up with enough natural variety to please your partner - this advice applies equally to the woman as well as the man as, remember, both are equally involved in this unique position

You may wish to do a search on CAT--that's Coital Alignment Technique.  Your husband has to modify his technique slightly in order to stimulate your clitoris, but you don't have to use your hands anymore.  Once you have had an orgasm, if we wants to go back to his regular technique in order for him to have a more satisfying orgasm, he can do that.  Or you can climax simultaneously--your choice.  I have personally used this technique in the past.  Anything a guy can do to satisfy his girl is well worth it.

Don't look at this as a problem.  I have to have penetration and manual stimulation of the clitoris.  While it would be easier to orgasm through just penetration, there is nothing wrong with having manual stimulation.
