itching on penis head
3 month back i found a whitish bump on my penis head under foreskin.. itching was also there.. i washed it with hot salt water.. itching gone in few hours but it again came back in few day.. same treatment i did again and got the same result. this for the 4 th time happening to me in 3 month.. is that anything serious ?
