This happens...it's normal.  The only thing that you can do (other than surgery) is Kegel exercises.  It's hard to explain how to do that, but I'll try.  You know how you can kind of squeeze to stop yourself from peeing?  That muscle that you squeeze is your Kegel muscle.  Having a strong Kegel muscle is beneficial for many things, and sex is one of them.  Squeeze this same muscle for about 4 seconds, then release.  Do this 10 times.  This is one set.  Do this about 8-10 times per day.  It may take a little bit of time for you to notice (a few months), but it does help.  Good luck.

Keigels, squats, basically exercises that work the thighs, inner groin etc. work the best.

Also on the kiegel exercises their are some fun exercises you can do.

1)practice squeezing and letting go of him while he is inside of you and have him tell you when he feels it.
2) While he is inside you squeeze and let goi then concentrate on squeezing as hard as you can as he withdraws.
3) As you get better at this you can eventually practice doing this in sync with breathing and it will increase your orgasmic capacity.

And OH!  I highly DON'T recommend surgery as I have read that it takes away almost all sensation.  Plus, any surgery is just risky.  And finally, love your body!
