urgent need

i m 1 26 year old guy and i`m gay , i had anal sex and that cauesd me an anal cut wich still prevails tll now, after 5 months of cure  through antibiotics etc....
   i didnt have sex all these months  and today i came to know  that this cut is still there... i dnt know that it is called , but i need to solve it urgenlty.. please help me :(

Because the lining of the anus is thin and fragile, it is very easy for cuts, tears or some other kind of trauma to occur to this area during anal sex. If you are experiencing bleeding out of the anus since performing anal sex, it is possible that the lining of the anus was cut or torn in some way. I think that it is important for you to meet with DR as soon as possible so that you can get whatever treatment may be necessary.

How do you know it is a cut?  Do you see a little blood on the toilet paper?  You may have hemroids that are bleeding if this is the case.
