And I forgot to answer your last question: the "tent" is OK, normal, it happens normally when there is no problem with erection so it should not worry you

I think it means you are OK. Just do not panic, psychological stress, pressure, fear or anxiety about our own sexual functions/abilities/organs/performance can be the root of our problems more often than real bodily dysfunctions. It is largely in our mind, so try to be "sex-positive", I mean having a positive attitude to sexual pleasure, (pleasure - not measure:) and to your own body. It will be OK. Do not watch yourself too closely, it is hard to enjoy the pleasure if you have to focus your attention on your performance or functions...(the same with running - try to sun and watch closely each of your movements, your tension in muscles and how it all works - and you will either fall down or will not enjoy the running anymore...).
Masturbate when you feel like doing it, when you feel the desire and do exactly what makes you most satisfied. I have also had some orgasms without full erection, I have sometimes ejaculated just into my pants without touching my penis, next time it was different, it was hard or not so hard but pleasurable when I did it with pleasure:) - and it is nothing wrong, if the arousal or satisfaction is pleasurable, then it is good as it is.
Do not masturbate when you do not feel the desire, but masturbate when you feel the desire and when it makes you feel good. And above all, enjoy whatever you do, no matter how you do it. Good luck, mate:)

Three days is a very short time to say anything about it. If you lose your ability to have erections (especially morning erections) on a larger time scale, then it can be a signal of some health problems, not necessarily sexual, some diseases or medications can affect the erectile ability. Morning erections are said to be a good signal whether it is more about physical/physiological/blood circulation etc problems (then there are no morning erections) or whether it is more of a psychological nature (morning erections remain, but there are some problems during sexual intercourse). But do not worry now, because three days do not have to mean anything.
