It all depends on how you shave it, it helps to shave daily.

By "disturbance" or "annoying," do you mean if it presents an aesthetic or physical problem? Probably not a physical problem... unless the hair is way too long, in which case it could rub against and cut the shaft of the penis. And, sometimes during oral sex, the hair, especially if it's on the long side, can get snagged in your partner's teeth.

Other than that, it's really kind of a matter of preference for yourself and and your sexual partner. Some like the shaved look and feel. Others like the hair. But, in general, if the hair is well manicured, it won't present a problem... for either oral or vaginal sex.

You can have it waxed if you don't like it itching, waxing lasts longer,it grows back finer and doesn't itch when it grows back,downside--it hurts to have it waxed,I still get it done though because it's what I prefer.

If you mean a disturbance for your partner that depends on your partner. If your partner doesn't like it then maybe you should shave your hair off. otherwise leave it unless you don't like it
