my pennies tip where the skin comes back and pennies muscles are seen pained during intercourse with my girlfriend
but the pain was only while my pennies reached her vaginal hole after that it did not pain

your penis skin may be very sensitive due to vigorous masturbation. don't masturbate for a couple of weeks to allow your penis to heal. also stay away from sex because as soon as you penetrate, the spot thats trying to heal will expand again.

if you can't stop touching  yourself, put vaseline on your penis for the next 2 weeks. vaseline will dull the sensation in your penis plus having your penis feeling sticky. so as soon as you try to rub yourself, you won't feel any sensation plus very hard to continue masturbating. it should be a turn-off.

There should be no pain during sex, only pleasure.
Refrain from sex for a good weak to allow the pain to go away in your penis.
Going forward, make sure vagina is lubricated well before penetration. Giving oral sex to the vagina or apply extra lube to the vagina opening will help.
