Sir im 24 Yrs , i had oral sex many times, but during intercourse my penis not getting tight due to which im not able to do it. i m a smoker so it could be one of the reason. please give me some advice . how could i come out from this thing.

It means  Erectile Dysfunction  or other words it is when you can not get an erection or hold erection to have vagina intercourse.. You go soft..  In your case if you can get an erection when you receive oral and then go soft,   that means you do not have full case of ED ..
