Meds could be useful in some cases, but try to avoid them. Try using relaxation techniques instead. They will be more permanent.
There are meds for PE. But they come with serious side effects and horrible addiction. PE is a huge problem that most people don't realize. It effects your entire life. It can end a marriage. Therefore men are willing to do anything to stop it. But the meds to stop it open up a whole new can of worms in your life. The two drugs that will help are ssri's and opiates. They will make a man with serious PE normal. Please note that opiate addiction is a horrible thing to go through. Talk to your Dr, sometimes just taking a pill a half hour before sex will make all the difference.
Unfortunately there is no medicine for premature ejaculation. There are some ointments sold in adult sex shops that are supposed to numb the penis slightly so you aren't as sensitive but I don't think they work very well, and if you can't feel anything what's the point?
