problems due to excessive masturbation

i recently realized that i have developed a poor sight sight, back pain right on the lumbar region.

i have had loss my concentration..i cud even forget my wallet and all...

i guess these are all the problems of masturbation....

sometime i cud do 3 or 4 per day if not twice or atleast 1 a day...

i am not 100% conformed if these are the problems due to mastrubation..
will some one erase my confusion??????????

georgieboy21 I am sorry but masterbation has zero to do with digestion and allergies and I would not recommend antidepressants. But seeing a Dr, or a therapist would best suit you.

I have and I am having the same issue, When I was at my teens used to masturbate nearly 7 times max per day. By twenties I started experiencing your symptoms,

eye dryness
shoulder/neck/back pain
week thigh/legs
chest pain in between the ribs
and of course big time memory loss.

Try to reduce is my advice which I know its difficult.The truth is failing to reduce will result in poor sex drive in the future, premature ejaculation, poor digestion, allergies.etc

practice Yoga/meditation.
Consult a doctor/psychologist he should prescribe antidepressants which will help you to slow down the addiction.Add more vitamin C and b complex for daily use.Eat lots of fruits like guava,watermelon & papaya

Masterbation does not cause any problems except for the times people become addicted to it.

masturbation has nothing to do with your concentration. As far as your lumbar could you
be in a bad position as you jerk off?
