penis pustules and minor pain following manual ejac

hi- my girlfriend and i have been in a 2 year relationship, im 23 she is 21. she is my third, and she has not had many partners either. a few weeks ago she manually ejaculated me and later that day i noticed i was "rubbed" raw on one small portion of the rim of the head, it soon went away in a matter of a few days. about a week ago she manually brought be to orgasm, from a different position. neither time she used lube of any kind. the latter time i experienced the raw skin on the thin central line (in line with the hole) on the underside of my penis with some redness, i didnt think much of this problem believing i knew the cause. a few days later i masturbated using a bottle of astroglide that has had very intermittent use over the course of a few years, i later noticed tiny pustulates (sp?)about the size of a pencil tip on one side of my penis, which i popped. over the course i have treated it with neosporin, cortizone cream, and believe it or not.... mouth wash for sterilization and i wash it well when i shower. there are no scabs, it doesnt itch, i have slight pain when it rubs when i walk, and there is slight soreness to the touch. what is wrong with me?

I had the same issue, Stop having sex for more than a week should get back to normal. Also wash with very mild detergent and keep it clean regularly. Also do not masturbate right now. Give it another week. If there are no changes go to a doctor ASAP.
