Condom Failures

hi everyone.
had a sexual encounter and used condom, however im concerned if the condom failed. can anyone tell me what are the kinds of failures it can present?

is puncture in only one place (for example the tip of it) unnoticiable or if it punture it breaks half open?

i was drunk but i remember that the lower part was covered. Is there any chance that there was a rupture only on the top side?

Think of a condom kind of like a latex glove or a balloon. Sturdy, but once theres a tear in there it usually tears very easily and you can see it.

I suppose its possible that it could rip or tear and you not notice it but if you used a reputable brand (Durex, Trojan) and you used it properly it's over 95% effective.

there are different possibilities for how a condom can fail, though usually it would be noticeable...
