1. from a woman's perspective... no. "it ain't the meat, it's the motion" that satisfies the woman's sexual needs.
2. fully is one thing; comfortably is another. And, it might depend on the size of the woman's vagina. I'm a small, petite, somewhat "tight" woman... so, my preference would be a penis that's not too over sized.

4. not sure what you're asking... do you mean, impotent? sterile? eunuch?
