something i think that was caused by anal masterbation

ill admit i like to play in my retum.. and ill admit ive cut myself a couple of times via long nails but  here is the thing sure it bleeds and sometimes it seems like a lot but it stops in a min or 2, also does not happen all the time only sometimes when i mess up and scratch it. recently i noticed a area in my retum thats wrinkly and this slight mass like bump its not big and it does not block any way its just a fold that sticks out from the rest.. i think it might be a fissure or irritation from constant scratches in the same spot... will i be ok? oh it causes no pain or anything its just there.. also note it only bleeds when im too rough never any other way

That's the only way you will find out exactly what it is, by the doctor examining the area.

I did have a fissure that my doctor diagnosed and it caused a lot of bleeding.  But as I am not able to see inside my colon I cannot say what it looks like.  I am not able to poke my finger up my anus (it won't reach) so I cannot say how the healed fissure feels like.

What you can also get in the colon is polyps and warts.    So getting a doctor to examine the area is an absolute must.  Anal polyps and warts are removed - by the doctor if they are not too high up and can be easily reached, if not, then by the specialist under general anaesthesia,  because they may become cancerous if left.

Let us know how you get on.

Best wishes.

im starting to think PrincessChandaLeigh is right, it's slightly raised white skin not as i was describing (was feeling the wall itself). its slightly raised and bumpy, or rough to touch still soft tho. it is only on the top of the skin it is not underneath the wall or though it just on and there is a crevace through it, its 2 parts of white raised skin with a line you can touch thats smooth.. so what im thinking is thats the fissure and the white bumped skin is scar tissue... if thats the case im fine.. its never bled since i  1st posted this, no pain fter stools or no bleeding.. i have not scratched it since..  i hope my guess is right in what it is.. i  mean im going to see a doc anyway once this week is up but still

As well as the Prep H, make sure that your diet consists of fibre and drink plenty of water.  Straining when going to the toilet will cause haemorrhoids.

If you are going to poke yourself about, rather than using spit, use a lubricating gel like KY jelly.

does not itch rly unless that urdge to "do" something there counts, atm only thing i rly notice is its there, and the urdge to do things, i only use my fingers and spit i dont think is cause of a allergic reaction.its quite small now that i examined it, its appearance is like uhh pinching your skin on your arm and pulling it down to make a flap, like that but a little thicker(it has that connected by every side type of thing and not just one part and a ball), does not rly get in the way at all, i have some perp h so im going to use that and when i go in to the family doc in 3 weeks if its still thiere or w/e ill ask him about it

Get some haemorrhoid cream from your pharmacist to apply to the itchy area.  The itchiness is caused by the irritated haemorrhoids.  You scratching will make it much worse.

A fissure is a tear inside caused by straining.  And as you do not bleed when you pass a motion it is unlikely to be a fissure.

Having threadworms can also cause itching.  Look at your stools and if you see any white little threads, these will be threadworms.  You will need to get medication from the pharmacist to get rid of them.

I feel that your problem is irritation due to poking things up that has aggravated your anal passage and you now have the haemorrhoids that are itchy.  You may also have created an allergic reaction to what you have been prodding up.

The anal passage is for excreting waste out of the body and it still needs to be looked after.  Eating a healthy diet with fibre and drinking lots of water will help against getting constipation that can cause haemorrhoids.  Diarrhea can also irritate the anal passage and aggravate any haemorrhoids.

thats what i thought i could only be 3 things, anal itching due to all the times i scratched myself via long nails,  a anal fissure due to nails scratching or a internal hemroid again due to the fact ive had moments where i scrtched it and made it bleed for less the a minute also note it ONLY bleeds when i scratch it never when i use the bathroom

The slight mass bump is called a haemorrhoid.
A fissure is a tear in the anal canal that can be caused by straining due to constipation.

You can get ointments and suppositories from the pharmacist to insert into the anal passage and apply the ointment to the haemorrhoid to help it to shrink and to heal the cuts inside.
