Pelivc cramp during ejaculation

Hello,

I've been experiencing a pelvic cramp during frequent ejaculation. At first I think it was ok but later on everytime I ejaculate I felt a cramp or pain on my pelvic part. I try to stop masturbating for a couple of weeks and the pain becomes less. But it comes back everytime I ejaculate.

I'm not sure i its due to any infection or cause by overdoing it.

Hope you can help.

The last but one message is old message. usually you find a symbol of hour glass ear the top of the message. Any way your suggestion can be used by a member who has such a complain. For prostate, there are 4 types of massages. Two are easy and practical. It does have many benefits. Google prostate massage.

Do myofascial release just above your penis, the lower muscles of your pelvis. And give this a read! http://www.prostatitis.org/tensiondisorder.html

A variety of pains and weird sensations be caused by prostatitis.  However, terrible pain and back pain deserve a trip to the doctor for a diagnosis.  You might have something going on with your kidneys.    Alcohol is an irritant and holding urine tires the bladder and pelvic muscles. A full bladder can push on the prostate which can send a pain signal if it's inflamed. But neither should cause terrible pain.  If you get any more terrible pain, you need an accurate diagnosis.

It's been a week since I post my concern. As of now I don't feel any chronic pelvic and back pain. Although I can feel a very slight pelvic pain on the right side (pain is very bearable) when I get hard but other than this I feel very much ok.

A night before I experienced this I had a drink. I finished one bottle of beer. So I suspect that I unknowingly hold my pee when I sleep and when I woke up and pee that's the time I experienced a terrible pelvic (right side) and back pain (right side) for half a day.

Could this be caused by holding my pee or prostatitis or anything related?

Thanks a lot for your advise. I will rest  and observe it for a  while.

I also checked the signs of prostatitis and so far I only found one that is the pelvic pain on the right side only. So I hope its nothing serious.

Sounds like prostatitis (inflamed) which can be caused by a lot of things.  It sounds more like overuse than an infection as restraint won't help an infection but will help overuse.  Try to give it a rest and take a hot bath for 20 minutes everyday to help relax the muscles.
