Vinegar odor and white vaginal discharge

I am 25 years old, sexually active, and having white vaginal discharge with a strong vinegar smell to it. From feeling inside my own vagina, I have a feeling it's coming from my cervix. It all started when my Mirena shifted into my cervix, caused some pain, spotting, and about 5 days later a thick white discharge and parmesan cheesy smell.  I want to the OBGYN immediately and stopped having sex for about 3 weeks like they recommended me, since they thought the mirena was perfectly fine. They symptoms started going away after 3 weeks and then the symptoms came back after I had sex.  I then went back to a different OBGYN and they noticed the Mirena had shifted and took it out.  She told me to use a vinegar wash and I did for about 3 days then I stopped. I went to a DIFFERENT OBGYN and they told me to stop douching, since I didn't have ANY bacteria in my vagina; not the good bacteria nor the bad bacteria. I haven't douched in over two weeks yet the symptoms still persist. The last OBGYN I went to told me to just leave her alone. What can this be? And what should I do about it?... It seems that when the symptoms cease for a bit, when I have sex, they come back a day or two after sex.  This is the first time ever I have an issue with my vagina!

Hey, I've had combinations of bv and yeast at the same time.
It's a vicious cycle, months of trying different things to no avail.
I started using tea tree oil.  Keep a small bottle by the toilet and every time you use it, dab a bit of oil on your tp and wet the to to wipe.  Its a natural anti-fungal.  You could also do a combo of tea tree and eucalyptus.  It will sting a bit but it works wonders.
