Need help.

Hi, Last year I had a wild spring break...Results....Having to see a Urologist and getting test done for STDS, Everything came back negative, I even tested twice to be sure. I always new there had to be something else wrong, my testicles were really sensitive to pressure and my tounge was white...I went back asking about it to the Urologist and a GP about the tounge no answer.... In late october of 2010 I had a fall through or whatever you wanted to call it and had oral sex. Just last night i was at the gym and I was feeling weird and so I went to the bathroom.... I looked down after i peed and noticed a mucus like liquid (sort of like sperm) and new something was wrong. That night I came home and for curiosity ejaculated to see what would happen and after or at the end i felt a burning sensation.
