why do i feel sick after sex

i was hoping someone could help me out with this,i'm 27 years old and have been with my partner for 5 years, i have been getting pain in my lower abdomen for about 6-7 months now and i've been back and forth to the docs loads but they don't seem to know what the matter is, they thought to start with it was constepation so a went and had colonic hydrotherepy and it helped me go to the toilet but the pain is still there, when i walk the jarring as i step feels like someone is stabbing my bladder, it feel i bit like the inside of my bladder is ripping away when i go to pee, i've had 3 urine samples taken and there is def no infection,theress also like a dull ache all the time the runs down the inside of both sides of my pelvis so then they sent me to get a ultrasound scan at hostiptal as they thought it was maybe cysists but that came back all clear to, i've had 3 sets of antibiotics and i'm at my wits end, i've also had various STI tests and they are all negitive, i've had what feels like endless examinations of my vagina, i have over the last 5 years felt sore and sick after sex with my partner, it doesn't happen evrytime we have sex but quite often when we're having intercourse it feels like he's hitting something deep inside me thats really sore, i feel sick after he's ejactuated inside me we have never used condoms i'm on the pill but have never had any problem on the pill i've been on it for 11 years, does anyone have any ideas before i have to go back to the doctors again? i'm getting married in october and i would really like the problem cleared up before we start trying for children after the wedding someone please help!!!

This sounds like a cyst on the ovaries or a cyst on another part in that area. What you said about when he is inside you it causes pain and feels like he is hitting something. reminded me of when a friend said she was going through the same thing. She found out she has a cyst on her ovary. If tests are coming back and no infection/virus is found then I would think to be tested for a cyst specifically in that area.
